Thailand Visit 2022

 


Day 1 Bangkok [28th October 2022]

Arrived at Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 7 pm local time. Got a SIM card for 8 days of unlimited data and calls. Stayed at Ecotel Hotel, Pratunam area. Ate dinner at Swagat Indian restaurant with Nepali staff of Burmese origin.

Day 2 Bangkok [29th October 2022]

Got up early at 7 am. Went to the marine and safari park (open zoo). Watched different shows about elephants, orangutans, and spy war. In the evening visited the Chatuchak market for shopping. Had Pad Thai for dinner in the local market shop. 

Day 3 Bangkok [30st October 2022]

Woke up early and went to search for the MRT train station. Did not find the station so took a cab using Grab to the grand palace with 5 people. Then toured the grand palace for three hours. Also, visit Wat Pho (The Reclining Buddha). Came back to the hotel which is near Bangkok Palace (Ramada) then prepared for cruise dinner at Iconsiam. 

Day 4 Hat Yai, Songkla Province [31st October 2022]

Woke up at 7:30 am. Prepared luggage for the flight to Hat Yai. Checked out from the hotel at 8:30 am. 12 pm flight boarding time. Reached Hat Yai at 2 pm and was welcomed by students of PSU Film and Farm. Fresh up at dormitory 11 inside the university campus then prepared for the presentation till 12 pm. 

Day 5 Hat Yai [1st November 2022]

Woke up at 7 am. Did final preparation for the presentation for the 6th International Research Symposium 2022. The presentation started at 9:15 am. My presentation was on time 10 minutes exactly but got nervous as the pointer was not working. However, the feedback and queries were given by professors from Arkansas State University and the University of Putra, Malaysia. Attended the presentations and postcards of other students of PSU. Went outside the university campus to have dinner Spahgatte and drinks. Then went to a local market called Green Way night market. Came back to the university in a Tuk-tuk.

Day 6 Hat Yai, PSU [2nd November 2022]

Woke up at 6:30 am. Went to a meeting with the Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) at 9:30 a.m. At 10:30 am guest lecture on business communications by Arno (South African faculty). Then went to Central Hat Yai Festival Mall and Makro for shopping. In the evening rented a can to go to Chatalat beach. Played a Nepali song in the taxi. Ate dinner in a nearby restaurant. 

Day 7 Hat Yai [3rd November 2022]

Woke up early and went to the nearby Municipality park of Hat Yai on a hilltop with a Buddha statue and temple at 7:30 am. At 9 pm went to the ICC Hat Yai convention centre meeting with the director. Then to the president's office meeting and launch with the representative. Then went to PSU Southern Thailand Science Park where we had a presentation and tour. Again to Central Hat Yai to meet the manager and briefing on the operations. Went back to the dormitory, changed and at 5 pm headed to Salami beach. Had dinner at the same restaurant at Chalatat beach. 

Day 8 Hat Yai [4th November 2022]

Woke up at 6:15 am. Packed luggage for checking out from the dormitory. Went to the nearby lakeside for the morning walk. Then flight from Hat Yai to Bangkok boarding time at 2:40 pm. Seeing off by Farm, Film, Nan and Bom. Flight delayed by half and hour.

Ethical Aspects of HRM

1.Whistle blowing: It is the act of revealing any unethical activity by an individual associated to the organization. Whistle blowing is appropriate when the firm through its product or policy is likely going to do serious and considerable harm to employees or public.
